Terms & Conditions

LookArt is a marketplace that connects customers with independent salons, beauty parlours and barber shops ("Salon Partners"). We list partners, show their services and prices, and let you reserve an appointment. We do not own, operate or employ any Salon Partner, and we do not perform the services themselves. The contract for any treatment is between you and the Salon Partner you book.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

When you confirm a booking, we pass your request to the Salon Partner and hold the slot on their calendar. A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation through the Platform. Salon Partners set their own availability and may need to reschedule; where that happens we will notify you as soon as we are told.

Prices shown are supplied by Salon Partners and are indicative ranges. Final pricing depends on the service actually performed — hair length, condition, product choice and time required can all change it — and is confirmed with you at the salon.

You pay the Salon Partner directly for the service. LookArt charges only a booking fee on confirmed appointments, which is shown to you before you confirm and never added afterwards.

You can reschedule or cancel from the Bookings section of the app. We ask for reasonable notice so the Salon Partner can offer the slot to someone else. Individual partners may operate their own cancellation terms for longer or higher-value appointments; where they do, those terms are shown at the time of booking.

Salon Partners are verified before listing and are responsible for the accuracy of their menu and pricing, for honouring confirmed bookings, and for meeting all hygiene, licensing and safety requirements that apply to them. Partners who fall below our standards may be suspended or removed from the Platform.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is false, abusive, unlawful or intended to manipulate ratings. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy listings, interfere with its operation, or make bookings you do not intend to keep. All LookArt content — text, images, logos and design — is our property and may not be reused without written permission.

Tell the Salon Partner about any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or pregnancy before a service begins. Certain treatments carry inherent risks, which you accept when choosing to proceed. As we do not perform the services, responsibility for how a treatment is carried out rests with the Salon Partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LookArt is not liable for the quality, safety or outcome of services provided by Salon Partners, nor for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
